Cassidy Wagner is a dedicated student affairs professional with a Master of Arts in Education (MA.Ed) in Leadership in Higher Education from Baldwin Wallace University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications, specializing in Sociology, from Ohio University. Her experience spans several areas within Student Affairs, including Career Services, Civic Engagement, First-Year Experience and Orientation, Service Learning, Leadership Programming, Campus Activities, and Student Wellness. Throughout her career, Wagner has been committed to fostering an inclusive campus environment, most notably co-planning Baldwin Wallace University's first-ever Women's Leadership Conference.
Wagner began her role as CIA’s Assistant Director of Career Services in 2022, leading the credit bearing internship program and supporting experiential learning opportunities. In her time at CIA, she has created professional development programs and provides inclusive resources to enhance student career readiness. Wagner also serves as adjunct faculty for the Professional Practice: Industry class.
