Shipping

Cleveland Institute of Art does not operate a 24-hour online shipping facility. Because of our UPS and USPS pick up/delivery times, orders placed after 12pm EDT will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm Friday and anytime on Saturday, Sunday or school holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Orders placed between December 23, 2024 and January 2, 2025 will not be processed and fulfilled until our campus reopens on January 3, 2025.
