CIA’s spin on a runway show! Not high fashion, but high fun, with a decided spin toward the quirky. The Runway Show highlights some of the most innovative works of art and design—all original work for the body—by CIA students from a variety of majors.

This year’s theme is Mantras + Manifestos. Mantra: a word or phrase that is repeated often or expresses the beliefs of a person or group; manifesto is a written statement declaring publicly the intentions, motives or views of its user. The runway show will feature wearable representations of the concepts that drive our students + their vision of the world as it should be.

The 2026 Runway Show will take place at 7pm Tuesday, April 21—during the 2026 Spring Show opening night—in CIA's Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Atrium.
