About . Web Accessibility Statement
The Cleveland Institute of Art is committed to providing a website that is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We are actively focused on improving the user experience for everyone and working toward meeting accessibility standards as defined by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at Levels A and AA.
To assist in achieving these goals, CIA works with experienced consultants and uses accessibility assessment tools as part of the process of providing accessible content. We are committed to exploring options for and providing training on accessible design and maintenance.
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Cleveland Institute of Art website. If you have an accessibility-related question or concern or are seeking access to content, please contact us by email at webaccessibility@cia.edu or by phone at 216.421.7417.
Please be aware that our efforts are ongoing. We continue to test the site to make sure that content is accessible to all visitors on an ongoing basis.
