Healing Horizons, a solo exhibition by CIA Painting and Drawing junior Audrey Magdics, will share Magdics' personal healing journey following her father's sudden illness and long-term hospital stay. Since enduring that trauma, Magdics has been inspired to tell her story through her large-scale, Lee Krasner-inspired abstract paintings.
Healing Horizons will be exhibited in University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center’s Trudy Wiesenberger Gallery (Annex) at 11100 Euclid Ave., Cleveland. There will be an opening reception from 4 to 6pm Thursday, May 1, and the exhibition will remain on view through Sunday, July 6.

Healing Horizons was created through CIA's Creativity Works program, which is made possible by the generous support of the Fenn Educational Fund and the G.R. Lincoln Family Foundation. Creativity Works is a self-initiated internship program with the goal of supporting a student's professional development. Participating students create proposals that align with their long-term professional goals.
