CIA students give children with cancer a snapshot of art + joy.
Twelve photography majors became “paparazzi” for an evening at the annual Flashes of Hope fundraiser “Big Shots and Little Stars” at Quicken Loans Arena. CIA students shot candid photos of the children and their families and invited guests as they walked down the red carpet to enter The Q.
Flashes of Hope is a national non-profit that aims to change the way children with cancer see themselves through photography. It also raises money for pediatric cancer research through various fundraising events.
