Return Policy

CIA will not offer refunds for student supplies or CIA merchandise purchased unless expressly written by the Department Head or Technical Specialist from which the supplies have been purchased or Department from which merchandise have been purchased.

Exchanges

Our Exchange Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. If applicable, it must also be in the original packaging.

CIA will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the item purchased, please contact the department from which you purchased the item.

Inter-department exchanges will not be honored. Please refer to the above refund policy.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged.
