Where Cleveland Institute of Art, Reinberger Gallery
"In the Backyard," by Joseph O'Sickey ’40
An annual tradition, CIA partners with the Cleveland Art Association to host their annual collection exhibition.
Public hours for the exhibition, held in CIA's Reinberger Gallery and Ann and Norman Roulet Student + Alumni Gallery, are Friday from 9am to 9pm and Saturday from 12–2pm. The gallery is closed Sunday, October 20 for a private event.
For over 100 years, the Cleveland Art Association (carta) has promoted and supported the visual arts in northeast Ohio. Carta owns a large collection of artwork by Cleveland-area artists, both for adults and children, and purchases about $20,000 of new art annually.
Through their programming, carta has generously donated more than $195,000 in scholarships to CIA students in just the past decade.
