In the latest social-realist suspenser from master filmmakers Jean-Pierre and Luc Dardenne (The Son, The Kid with a Bike), two African refugees in Belgium—Tori, a young boy from Benin, and Lokita, a teen girl from Cameroon—befriend and support each other as they try to negotiate a strange, alien (and often indifferent or hostile) new world. “Moving, politically committed and with an absolute ring of hard-researched reality…One of [the Dardennes’] very best.” –Screen Daily.
