SABOTEUR

United States | 1942 | Alfred Hitchcock

SABOTEUR film still

This WWII-era Hitchcock classic stars Robert Cummings as a man mistakenly thought to have committed an act of sabotage at the California munitions plant where he works. With the authorities in close pursuit, he races across the country to find the real culprit—eventually arriving at the Statue of Liberty. Priscilla Lane co-stars in this movie that, with its “wrong man” theme and climax at an iconic American monument, is now seen as a warm-up for North by Northwest. Screenplay co-written by Dorothy Parker. Cleveland revival premiere. DCP. 109 min.

General admission $11; members, CIA & CSU I.D.holders, and those age 25 & under $8.

Masks are currently optional for moviegoers, but still encouraged. Learn more under the “Face Coverings” section at cia.edu/covid.

As a reminder, filmgoers can park for free in Lot 73 and in the Institute's annex lot, and should enter CIA via nearby Entrance C. Click here for a map.
