To help bring down a Boston Irish mob boss (Jack Nicholson), a young undercover cop (Leonardo DiCaprio) infiltrates the crime lord’s syndicate. Meanwhile, another gang member (Matt Damon) has become a mole in the Massachusetts Police. Martin Scorsese’s adaptation of the 2002 Hong Kong action classic Infernal Affairs (see 9/24 at 8:35) won four Oscars, including Best Picture and Best Director.
