This funny, nostalgic debut feature is set in Escondido, CA, at the end of summer, 1994. Five high school drama friends prepare their final murder mystery slumber party before leaving for college. One of the five, Gene, wants to come out at this last get-together, but is terrified of what his four sheltered Christian companions might think.
