Winner of both the Grand Jury Prize and the Audience Award in the U.S. Dramatic Competition at last year’s Sundance Film Festival, and now nominated for six 2021 Oscars including Best Picture and Best Actor, Lee Isaac Chung’s semi-autobiographical film is a touching, tender work about a Korean immigrant family that relocates from California to its own farm in rural Arkansas during the 1980s.
