Cinematheque . Film Schedule . YOU TALKIN’ TO ME
Live Participatory Zoom Event!
The Cinematheque is more than people showing and seeing movies. It’s also people talking about movies—in the theater, in the lobby, in the parking lot—before and after the show. But those conversations, like our film screenings, have been suspended since March. Tonight, however, loquacious, opinionated film buffs can reconnect and resume discussing movies with like minds during a wide-ranging, free-form, one-hour online session moderated by the Cinematheque’s John Ewing and Genevieve Schwartz. Which of our streaming movies have you been watching? What have you liked (or hated)? What else have you seen recently? You can let us all know—and hear insights and recommendations from others. To participate in this gabfest, purchase a ticket here. (Your purchase benefits the Cinematheque, while letting us limit participation to 25 individuals—so that everyone to be seen and heard from, if they want to be.) We will email ticket buyers a Zoom link giving access to the event at 6:00 pm on 12/8. Admission $10; members, CIA & CSU I.D. holders, and those age 25 & under $7.
