The Last Time I Saw Macao

The new film from the adventurous Portuguese creators of To Die Like a Man is an intoxicating blend of film noir, documentary, and personal travelogue. Set in the former Portuguese colony of Macao (now controlled by China), the movie follows an unseen protagonist who journeys there from Portugal to find Candy, an old friend in need of help, Candy, who may have been kidnapped by a local crime syndicate.
