William Harper ’67, a New York artist whose works in metals and enamels are in the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Smithsonian, and The Hermitage Museum (among many others), talks about his CIA education, his career, and his approach to making art. Harper credits his CIA education with enabling him to create art not only in metals and enamel, but also in painting, works on paper, mixed media sculpture, bronze casting, and his unique assemblages.
