Fall 2023 billing is now open

There are three important dates to keep in mind, before returning for classes on Wednesday, August 23:

Saturday, July 15
Deadline to have made arrangements for Fall 2023 balance due. $350 late fee assessed after this date.

Friday, August 15
All financial requirements must be completed in order to move in to residence hall.

Financial requirements

In order to begin classes on Wednesday, August 23, one of the three options below need to be in place by July 15:

• Complete all required financial aid requests and have all approved loans in place which cover the balance due.
• Enroll in the Transact payment plan
• Pay your balance due

A $350 late fee will be assessed to accounts who have not resolved their finances by July 15.

Finding your billing statement

• Students can visit myCIA to view their statement for the upcoming semester.
• Parents can visit the "My Students" link in the Parent Portal of myCIA.

Adjusting your balance due

Waive CWRU Medical Insurance
If the student has medical insurance that will cover them while on campus in Cleveland, you can waive CWRU medical insurance. The last day to waive CWRU medical insurance is Friday, August 26.

Parking permits
Commuter students wishing to purchase a parking permit can complete the parking request form.

Meal plans
If you wish to add or change your meal plan, complete the meal plan request form. The last day to make a change to a meal plan is Friday, August 26.
