March 13, 2020: Access to all health services remains unchanged. CIA students may visit University Health Services free of charge even if you have outside insurance. For more information about services and student health insurance, please visit the University Health Service’s website.
March 13, 2020: If you are exhibiting symptoms of concern, call 216.368.2450 before visiting University Health Services. A nurse will speak with you and determine what your next steps should be. A nurse is available on-call to students 24 hours a day, seven days a week at 216.368.2450.
March 13, 2020: University Health and Counseling Services offers counseling services. For everyone's health, most counseling appointments will be offered via telephone. Visit University Health and Counseling Services online or call 216.368.5872 to speak with a counselor.
March 13, 2020: University Health and Counseling Services at CWRU remain open, both during their regular hours and through the 24/7 emergency lines. If you need to speak with a medical professional or a counselor, call the appropriate office before going to their location.

March 13, 2020: Yes. We have partnered with Case Western Reserve University, whose emergency plans include a pandemic protocol that covers, among other contingencies, quarantine for non-hospitalized students.
