General Info
Mission:
The Office of Student Life and Housing strives to provide unique opportunities that enhance the collegiate experience. Students learn to excel both in the classroom and beyond through the implementation of programs that foster responsibility and leadership.
Housing:
Taplin, the CIA residence hall, is located between both academic buildings. It houses those students who are required to live in the residence hall for their first full academic year (all unmarried, under the age of 21, first-time students at CIA whose permanent residence is outside of Cuyahoga County). The hall consists of single, double and quad rooms, common areas providing space for work on studio assignments, a large main lounge, and laundry rooms.
