The Gund Library offers course reserves for degree program classes. For specific information and guidelines please refer to the current Course Reserves Policy. To place items on reserve, please complete the reserve form and submit it either by email or in person to the library circulation desk. Click here to view current course reserves.
If you would like to use items from our artists’ books collection or special collection materials for your class, please contact Library Director Cris Rom at email@example.com at least two weeks in advance.
Do your students really know how to use the library? The library staff is always willing to provide instruction for your class. To schedule a library instruction session, please contact Laura Ponikvar, Image and Instructional Services Librarian, at firstname.lastname@example.org at least two weeks in advance.
In order for your student assistant or department TS to be able to check out library materials for you, we must have a current proxy form on file in the library. Please fill out the proxy form and return it to a library staff person.
If an item is not available through our local consortium catalog, please check the OhioLINK catalog, SearchOhio, and the Cleveland Public Library catalog before considering interlibrary loan. For help finding materials, please contact the library staff. Be prepared to provide as much information as possible, including author, title, publisher, date, and page numbers, as well as the location of the original citation. Please be aware that the owning library may charge a fee for lending a book or providing a photocopy. Submit questions or requests to email@example.com.
