The Glass Matrix: The Cleveland Connection

The work of 10 artists working in fine-art glass will be on view September 11 through October 16 at the Ohio Craft Museum in Columbus. The exhibition, titled The Glass Matrix: The Cleveland Connection, comprises works by artists who have been teachers or students in the Cleveland Institute of Art's nationally recognized Glass department.

It showcases CIA Glass department founder Brent Kee Young's delicate-feeling clear glass sculptures along with works by 11 other northern Ohio students who came through his program.

Featuring: Marc Petrovic '91 and his wife, Kari Russell-Pool '90, Carrie Battista '06, Robert Coby '11, Earl O. James '88, Brent Marshall '83, Shawn Messenger '79, Michael Mikula '87, Mark Sudduth '83, and Linda Zmina '89.
