Kent State University’s Center for the Visual Arts Gallery will present Dexter Davis: A Portrait. This, the inaugural exhibit for the CVA Gallery, will run September 1 – October 7, 2016. Both the exhibit and the reception are free and open to the public.

Dexter Davis was born in 1965, and he lives and works in Cleveland. He received his BFA from the Cleveland Institute of Art in 1990, and his work is found in the collections of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, the Cleveland Museum of Art, and the Progressive Corporation.
