Brandon Avery was a 2000 graduate of CCAD in Environmental Design, focusing on themed entertainment and branded environments. After several internships with Six Flags St. Louis, and DesignForum, Brandon accepted a design position with an international waterpark design firm in upstate NY. In 2001 he joined DesignForum in Dayton, Ohio as an environmental designer. During his 12 years at IBDF, Brandon worked on projects in almost every channel of retail, from automotive, restaurants, apparel, grocery, specialty, mobile, banking, etc. for domestic and international clients. From 2009 through early 2013 Brandon managed a team of 6-7 designers and interns, focusing on leading projects, talent development for younger designers and overseeing the quality of environmental design for the retail design studio. Nominated by IBDF, Brandon was chosen as a finalist for the PAVE Rising Star of the Year award at the 16th annual PAVE Gala in NYC in December 2012.
