Spend a lunch hour learning about the latest in art and design during these Friday lectures. Each lecture features a variety of artists and designers from around the world, including CIA faculty and visiting artists.
This event is free and open to the public. Pizza and beverages will be provided.
Judith Salomon is a ceramic artists known for her effervescent use of color on platters, plates, teapots, and vases. Her hand-built pieces have been exhibiited nationally and internationally, and her work is in museum, corporate, and private collections throughout the world. Salomon earned a BFA from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MFA from the New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University. Salomon was awarded the Cleveland Arts Prize, and has been a recipient of an Ohio Arts Council Artist Fellowship and
a National Endowment for the Arts Fellowship.
