Shot (and shown) in 35mm Techniscope and comprised of five uninterrupted long takes (each lasting up to 22 minutes), this clever neo-noir by former Clevelander Dennis Hauck stars John Hawkes as a hard-boiled private eye whose pursuit of a missing stripper takes him through an assortment of colorful L.A. locales and lowlifes. With Robert Forster and Joanna Cassidy (Blade Runner). “A strangely involving, idiosyncratic masterwork.” –The L.A. Times. Adults only! 35mm 107 min.

Special admission $10; members, CIA & CSU I.D. holders, age 25 & under $8; no passes, twofers, or radio winners. At the conclusion of Sunday’s show, we will screen Hauck’s 18-min. 2010 short Sunday Punch, which features one of the characters (and actresses) seen in Too Late.
