  • The SIGGRAPH 2012 Student Volunteer Program wants to put you in a red vest with the network of students who support the conference and give you the opportunity to meet and learn from learn from industry professionals, creators, educators, visionaries, and each other. As a Student Volunteer, you will form relationships with other students that will last for your entire career. The industry's future leaders are encouraged to apply: students who demonstrate leadership, service, and a passion for computer graphics and interactive techniques.

    Benefits of being a Student Volunteer include free full admission to the complete SIGGRAPH 2012 program. This includes Courses, Talks, Technical Papers, Panels, the Reception, and much more. In addition, the benefits of being a Student Volunteer extend beyond the conference schedule to professional development and private Student Volunteer Special Sessions with top professionals who were once Student Volunteers themselves.

  • CLEVELAND INSTITUTE OF ART CAREER CENTER

    Our alumni have created careers as studio artists, designers, gallery directors, museum assistants, curators, art educators, animators, medical illustrators, and more. But you won’t have to do it alone—our Career Center helps you make that transition from student to working professional. Through one-on-one career counseling, you’ll learn how to write a resume and cover letter, practice interviewing techniques, and search for jobs. The Career Center will also put you in touch with alumni and employers locally and nationally. 

    This help from the Institute doesn’t end when you graduate. The Career Center, available to you as an undergrad to help you find internship and jobs, is also available to you as a CIA grad. Job listings, information about exhibition opportunities, and a strong alumni network remain available to you, and help you build a successful career.
