Bokeh Lens by StudioTIMO transforms a standard iPhone, iPod, iPad, and/or iPad mini camera into a professional DSLR camera! Sometimes you see the perfect photo opportunity when you do not have a nice camera with you. So your second choice is normally your cell phone or your iPad/iPod camera. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if you had a nice “hybrid” of the two? Bokeh Lens gives the portability and the simplicity of carrying a phone or iPad and the intense rendering options of a nice DSLR camera. Blur the background of photos like a DSLR lens directly on your iPhone when you need to be mobile. This app is a post production tool, simply open the photo that you would like to work with and begin the process of blurring and emphasizing! By using the one of a kind “loop selection tool,” select the part of the image that you would like to remain sharp. This tool magnifies the area that you would like to select and offsets the displayed area so that your finger does not block your view as you make a selection. Next, set the amount of Bokeh blur that you desire and then compare the before and after images to see if you are helping or hindering your piece. Finally, you can share the finished photo with your friends and family. Bokeh Lens is available for $.99, in the iTunes store.
