TED, available for free in iTunes, is an application encompassing over 1,000 TED talks from today’s most innovative thinkers. TED is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing together ideas from leading professionals in design, technology, entertainment, and more! With this app, you can access the ever-changing database of speakers and save talks for offline viewing. Listen to the on-demand playlist of TEDTalks audio, and find similar topics/talks with the related, tags, or theme options. If you are overwhelmed by the sheer amount of speakers and can’t decide which to watch first, tap the “Inspire Me” option and choose a category and the amount of time you have to view and the app will then create a custom playlist based on your choices! The TED app is an invaluable tool – a wealth of information free with the touch of a finger!
