Blog . Make Yer Own App! ~Blueprint
Finally! An app that makes it easy to make more apps! Blueprint by Groosoft takes the iPad and turns it into a programmers dream. This app has it all, folks! From detailed typefaces, to clock customization, to background selection, Blueprints is one app I wish I could buy. Having done some programming myself, I understand the motions that the tutorial videos take you through. However, people new to programming might have a slow start to learning this intuitive machine. I have not found any apps that openly admitted that they had been created on Blueprint. And it does seem that you have to pay to have a programmer to make your app a reality. But it is a small price to pay when you could be making money off of an app that you create in the future. However, Groosoft ensures that you are able to view your friend's applications FREE by downloading the blueprint viewer app (link at the bottom of this post). Directly below this paragraph is a link to groosoft's page to the Blueprint app. http://www.groosoft.com/blueprint/ On their site, Groosoft brags about its versatility and up to date features related to iOS. This means, with simple programming skills that you learn through the tutorials, you can make any part of your app available with multiple interaction methods like double tap, swiping, or drag-and-drop. The possibilities are endless people! Whatever you can imagine, you can design too. This is a fun app for the creative designer who wants to reach out to others with technology that they designed. I cannot stress enough how important this app is to artists venturing into their own business world of the iPad. Perhaps the artist can begin at creating an application for fun. But then, you can be a little selfish by creating an interactive, personal app to show off your talents for artwork to take the place of a webpage! Technology is moving fast, so maybe it's time to start the bandwagon instead of just jumping on. Tutorial videos by Groosoft on YouTube For whatever reason you choose, this app is important to have up your sleeve. Work a little overtime if money is tight to buy this app and learn how to use it. Until then, use the lite version to get a feel for your future app. I am giving Blueprint by Groosoft a 5 out of 5 for satisfying the needs of the Apple iPad consumers and creating an app that allows the creativity of the individual to show in apps. Before Blueprint, only developers could create applications that people could download and share. So thanks Groosoft! Also, I don't have any complaints about this app, but please remember that developing an application takes time and care to make and share. There are two applications for the same app. The LITE version gives you a taste of what it really could be like if you buy the full version by limiting a lot of your tools. However, it does introduce you to the clock, a standard starting point for this application. Blueprint Lite in iTunes - FREE Blueprint in iTunes - $19.99 Blueprint Viewer in iTunes - FREE
