So a lot of people are unhappy with the expensive Adobe products that demand $20 or more dollars per application to use their software. There is a solution! The application called Luminance allows its users to edit photographs by using effects. Effects include saturation and options like sepia or grayscale tones. There's no drawing aspect built in like Photoshop, but it's definitely a cheap app that's easy to use. I give this application a 3 out of 5. It's useful, but it's still not Photoshop.
