Lunch on Fridays: Bruce Checefsky

Spend a lunch hour learning about the latest in art and design during these Friday lectures. Each lecture features a variety of artists and designers from around the world, including CIA faculty and visiting artists.

Bruce Checefsky, Reinberger Galleries Director, will discuss the relationship between artist and curator, arguing for a new political position where artist is curator, wherein the artist actively assumes control of the exhibition environment, without having to quibble over ownership and authorship rights.

This event is free and open to the public. Pizza and beverages will be provided.
