Jeremy received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Organizational Communication – Public Relations from The University of Akron, and he is currently working on his Master's degree in Higher Education Administration. Jeremy started working in higher education in The Office of Undergraduate Admissions and The Office of New Student Orientation at The University Akron in 2006, and he has worked at various institutions since then. According to Jeremy, the best part of his job is being able to work with students and their parents to help them navigate higher education and achieve their goals. He had to educate himself on how to select a college, financial aid, and advising during his undergraduate career, and therefore, Jeremy wants to be able to help other students. Jeremy enjoys working at CIA because of the passion that students, faculty, and administration have for the programs and school, and this passion makes his job exciting.
