The Cleveland Institute of Art is thrilled to host the 28th Annual Cuyahoga County Regional Scholastic Art Exhibition. Nearly 1,700 pieces of art work were entered from students in schools throughout Cuyahoga County. 74 pieces were selected to receive Gold Key awards, 97 will receive Silver Key Awards, and 132 will receive Honorable Mention awards. In addition, 30 students will be acknowledged for excellent art and photo portfolios and 24 students will receive Regional Awards.

We hope that you will join us to celebrate the creativity of the students who participated in this national competition and acknowledge that parents and teachers who have supported their efforts. The opening ceremony will take place on Sunday, January 13, 2008 at 1:00pm in Aitken Auditorium located in CIA's Gund Building (at the corner of East Blvd. and Bellflower). A public reception will be held on the same day from 2-4pm in Reinberger Galleries. The Scholastic Art Exhibition will be open to the public through Saturday, February 2, 2008.
